VALIUMRP SERVER RULES

1. Do not go to your point of death without waiting 5 minutes first. (NLR)
2. No randomly killing players. (RDM)
3. Only civil protection can make road checkpoints.
4. The mayor may not be killed during mayor grace for any reason.
5. No metagaming.
6. Your character may not use information beyond their knowledge. This includes but is not limited any form of revenge killing, warrant, wanting, or demoting.
7. Prop/Entity spamming, blocking, climbing, surfing, and minging is not allowed.
8. Do not spawn props inside of other players' bases.
9. Building abnormally large bases, obscene objects, or other RP-restricting structures.
10. No basing an existing building unless you own the door to it.
11. You may have a building sign (using textscreen) to isolate and protect yourself from the RP world. You must remove the text when finished.
12. The maximum amount of fading doors per base is three.
13. A keypad to a fading door must be clearly identifiable.
14. Bases cannot force players to crouch, jump, or crouch jump to enter.
15. Fading bridges and sky-bases are not allowed.
16. Base entrances as well as the overall inner layout must be absolutely clear and concise.
17. No asking for staff permissions.
18. No roleplaying in the OOC chat.
19. No spamming in any way or form.
20. No false reporting other players.
21. No threatening against the server, staff, or other players.
22. No abusing your job in any way that is unfair to other players or annoying. (this includes switching to another job just to revenge kill, annoy, etc. a player)
23. No trolling.
24. No killing players with cars. (CDM)
25. No disrespecting players or staff.
26. No prop-blocking, prop-killing, prop-surfing, and/or prop pushing.
27. No placing down any entities near spawn.
28. No impersonating staff or other users.
29. No self-supplying (goes for any job).
30. Fading doors must open for a minimum of 5 seconds.
31. No asking staff for money.
32. No spawning more than 4 cars.
33. Editing cars with the toolgun or any other item outside the car dealer.
34. No making walls, objects, your playermodel, etc. invisible.

Raiding, mugging, assassinations, robberies, etc.:

1. After completing an action (raiding, mugging, and/or hostage taking) you must wait 10 minutes before you can do it again.
2. Mugging amounts cannot exceed $1,000.
3. Hostage ransom cannot exceed $10,000.
4. Once you've completed your raid, you must leave immediately. You cannot occupy the base.
5. If it is obvious that there are no raidables in a base, you may not raid.
6. You cannot place a hit without having a reason to do so and you cannot place a hit for 30 minutes after placing one.
7. After the bank vault has been robbed (even if robbery was unsuccessful) you'll need to wait 30 minutes after cool-down before anyone can rob it again.
8. If you finished robbing a bank (even if robbery was unsuccessful) you'll need to wait 60 minutes after cool-down before you can rob it again.
9. Civil protection and SWAT are allowed to ignore NLR during a bank heist and stop it at any cost. NLR cannot be ignored if it doesn't have to do with the bank heist.
10. Robbing the bank 3 or more times a day is against the rules.
11. It is required to have 4 or more civil protection officers on the server to start a bank robbery.
12. It is required to have 7 or more people on the server to start a bank robbery.

Staff with the rank admin or above have the right to ban, modify, terminate, etc. any account at any time without a notification or a warning. Rules can be changed and adjusted at anytime for the benefit of the server and its members. If you suspect that a staff member is abusing their rights, please let us know on the forums or on our Discord server.
